Clint Ind is a trial attorney and business lawyer who represents companies and owners in complex commercial disputes and high-value contract matters. Clint has extensive trial and litigation experience representing businesses in disputes involving shareholder conflicts, and contract disputes and issues in the sale of goods under the Uniform Commercial Code. He has taken numerous cases to trial and obtained multi-million-dollar verdicts and judgments in both commercial and professional liability matters. His litigation practice focuses on resolving complex disputes efficiently while positioning clients for strong outcomes when matters proceed to trial.
In addition to his litigation practice, Clint has significant in-house counsel experience advising distribution and manufacturing companies on commercial contracting strategy. He has served as General Counsel for mid-sized distribution businesses and as Head of Commercial Contracts for one of the largest plastics distribution companies in the world. In those roles, he oversaw the negotiation and drafting of large-scale supply agreements, sales contracts, and strategic partnership agreements with both suppliers and customers across global markets.
This in-house experience gives Clint a practical understanding of the operational realities facing businesses that rely on complex supply chains and high-volume purchase and sales transactions. He regularly advises companies on contracting structures, risk allocation, and terms and conditions governing the purchase and sale of goods. Clint works closely with business leaders to develop contracting strategies that protect legal interests while supporting the broader commercial objectives of the organization.
